Reactivate Bigpond email account

Bigpond email is a platform which handles your daily personal and professional communication but now it operates under Telstra and if you are not using a Bigpond email account for more than 180 days then Telstra will suspend your account because of security reasons and if you closed your account by yourself manually then you can reactivate your Bigpond email account easily just by following steps that we mentioned below.

Steps to reactivate Bigpond email account:
1. First open the web browser and go to the Telstra login page.
2. Login with your Bigpond address and password.
3. Go to your profile and click on your details then select on manage mailboxes.
4. Next click on view closed mailboxes to see your inactive accounts.
5. Select reopen next to your Bigpond email.
6. If your account is suspended by Telstra then you need to reset your password to lift the restriction.
7. To reset the password, go to the login page and enter your Bigpond address then select the recovery method.
8. Then verify yourself by entering verification code and creating a new strong password.
