Bigpond marks incoming Mail as Spam

 If your Bigpond account is keep rejecting incoming email and mark as spam or direct send to the junk box than there must be a problem in BigPond account. This problem occurs when you have marked send email address as spam or put domain on block list. This can issue can solved with in minutes with few technical steps.

 

To fix the problem follow the steps

1.  Go and search for Telstra website

2.  Click sign Telstra mail

3.  Now enter your Username i.e. Your Bigpond email address

4.  Enter your Bigpond password

5.  Click sign

6.  Now go to dashboard and search for settings

7.  For setting click on four squares at top left side

8.  Click settings

9.  Now Click on mail settings

10.  Scroll the page

11.  Search for Blocked list

12.  Check domain is not blocked listed if it is than unblock it

Also to move all genuine email to in box go to junk folder mark or select email and move to the inbox or mark not as spam. If still email going to junk box than contact BigPond customer Care Number Australia.
