Bigpond Webmail: Blocking Spam Mails

 Spam mail is defined as unsolicited mails in bulk, the emails which are not authorized to any particular user. One of the most common reasons for account getting hacked is due to spam mails. If users do go through the spam emails, the hackers do access to the following account of the user by which the password is no longer anonymous. There is a way by which the user will be able to block away from the spam mail in their Bigpond mail account. The steps for blocking Spam mail are given in the points.

·        Open up Telstra mail

·        Then head to the settings section.

·        Click on Mail situated on the left side.

·        Then click on Blocked Senders from the submenu

·        In the empty field, type in the mail address user wants to block.

The final step is to click on add, and it's done. If there is any other issue with Bigpond mail, don’t forget to give a ring to Bigpond Customer Care.
